Day 16: Endure it!
I never thought water tasted this good!!!
I try not to drink H2O as much as I can while doing my routine… and the reward at the end of the work out is just amazing… Loving H2O more each day…
Now why “Endure it?”
I ate a bit more than I should’ve today, well… there is an excuse, it’s Mother’s Day today… so we ate out and ate a bunch of let’s just say delicious but fatty dishes…
but there shouldn’t be any excuse If I’m really determined to lose those excess fats! I know! So even if I was a bit late to do my routine I still accomplished the 1 hour routine… and I feel better!
While doing my routine today… I realized that I can do more than the usual… I thought… starting tomorrow I can add simple morning exercises as well… like a 15 minute walk to get the daily newspaper near the bus stop…
since I’m still unemployed… I can afford to do such things… so why not take advantage!? right?? so be it…
Another thing to consider is my sleeping pattern which is at the moment is very imbalanced… rather… unhealthy… I usually fall asleep around 2 am nowadays…
There are a lot of things to endure for me to continue this routine effectively… or at least make it more productive… Week 3 is starting and Week 4 isn’t so far away… I badly need to have some major progress with this routine or I won’t meet my goals or at least be close to them! I have faith though… I know I will meet that deadline and make a better person out of myself after this whole thing is done at least for the 1st month…
I am ready to endure the pains and struggles of this challenge… I will persist until I meet my goals!
What are my “hopes” after this day?
I hope to sleep or at least get ready for bed before 12 midnight and I should be lying on my bed on or before 12 midnight…
I hope to get that newspaper everyday as long as my schedule permits me too… a 15 minute morning walk is not so bad especially with the great weather, hopefully It doesn’t rain in the mornings though….
I hope to be more consistent with my eating habits and “yosi” habits so I can see better results at the end of the month… It really does affect my breathing! and the eating is just unstoppable sometimes… although I must say… I did lose that rice intake and i feel great!!!
And that’s all for today… There’s so much to endure… I’m good with enduring… and I will endure this one like I did with all those past challenges… no more letting yourself down, no more being depressed cause you’re different, no more pessimistic habits! lol :)
I can’t promise anything, but trust me… I will do this even if it kills me. Just Kidding… but trust me… I will endure this one! :)

Day 15: WORTH IT!
Work it! Sweat it! It’s Worth it!!!
1 hour & something of sweatcercise done for today! Let’s keep this up!!! Did 30 push ups! It was a bit a of a struggle but I made it! lol! Hoping for the best! 1 month is close! need to be more concentrated in my goal! 150 would be ideal! although 160 would already be victory! Let’s go lose those pounds!
P.S.
I’ll probably check my weight on the last day of week 3 just so I know I’m on track for my 1 month goal! and so that I could also adjust! If I should exert more effort! Gotta get to that goal!
